MC915
The MC-915 is a standard Mud Cat. It consists of an inboard 8” x 6” or 8” x 8” pump driven by a 238hp diesel. Its capacity is 2000 USGPM against 175 ft of head. Its usefulness is in moving sand, mud, and waste products to distance of up to 4000 ft by itself. It is the most commonly used machine we operate. The MC-915 is equipped with a patented mud shield to reduce re-suspension of solids and a noise suppressing muffler to reduce noise pollution. The horizontal auger is equipped with teeth to cut and propel solids towards the suction of the main pump and is driven by a 40 hp hydraulic motor.
All of our Mud Cats have been modified by our technicians and, in particular, all fuel tanks are doubled in construction so that even if the outside tank is perforated accidentally, no fuel will leak into the environment
