CGEI offers a fleet of high volume pumps which are capable of displacing at least 2000 USGPM at 175 feet of head.  We have 8” 10” and 12” pumps which are highly mobile and quickly located to your site within a day.  To complement these pump stations we own over 40,000 feet of HDPE pipe as well as a fleet of McElroy pipe fusers.  Pipe fusers ensure a seamless pipe which is much stronger than a traditional coupling linked pipe.  Furthermore, a seamless pipe guarantees no leakage in the entire length of pipe.
Our high volume pumps have been used for many applications such as;

1. Relocating acidic, basic, or neutral water
2. Pumping ash, lime, or alum sludge
3. Relocation of water with biosolids contents
4. Increasing/Decreasing lake, pond, or lagoon water levels
5. Complementing dredging operations
6. Pumping plain water on an emergency basis

 Whatever the need, these pumps are capable of the work.  Powered by tough Detroit Diesel 238 Hp engines, they can run all day and night.  They are maintained by our highly trained machine shop staff and require little on site maintenance when operating.
