Buying new equipment is an expensive game. You never know what you’re going to get and by the time you do it could be too late. Furthermore, what is the use of buying something new if it’s only going to be used once? CGEI offers a large selection and variety of environmental maintenance equipment for rent. All rentals are based on 3 month periods and the equipment is maintained by our trained technicians weekly.

 

Dredging Services

Dredging has become an increasingly important and complex environmental service since we started operations. At one time, most of our dredging contracts were for tailings relocation and displacement of lime hydroxide.

However with industry trends towards environmentalism and tougher regulations, applications for our services have multiplied.

Currently, the market for dredging has expanded to include the pulp and paper industry, municipal cleaning, marinas, beach restoration, canals, power companies, manufacturing, and government.

Dewatering Services

Consolidated Giroux Environment Inc’s dewatering services are comprised of a fleet of Decanter Centrifuges. The decanter centrifuge is the only sedimentation centrifuge designed from the start to handle significant solids concentrations in the feed suspension. These centrifuges allow us to efficiently separate suspended solids from liquids so that clean water is returned and the solids may be transported away.
